Villa de l’Arc is a three floors building .  In 2004, a completely new air-conditioning and heating system was installed, which can be regulated independently for each of the living spaces. In 2007 a new burglar alarm system was installed and some others items were implemented for your peacefully and privacy during your rest.
 

The organic parc around the Villa measures 2300 m2. The park and terrace face the southeast and have been constructed in such a way that there are areas of shadow throughout the day. The swimming pool lays in the sun. After 4 p.m., apéro-time in France, the terrace will be in the shadow (which is quite nice in the hot Provencal summer)
