Villa de l’Arc is a rectangular building with three floors and a total living space of about 350 m². In the years 2000-2001 the mansion was completely and carefully restored with attention for its original details. In 2004 a completely new system of air-conditioning and heating was installed, which can be regulated independently for each of the living spaces. In 2007 a new burglar alarm system was installed.
 

The parc around the Villa measures 2300 m2. The park and terrace face the southeast and have been constructed in such a way that there are areas of shadow throughout the day. The swimming pool always lays in the sun. After 4 p.m., apéro-time in France, the terrace will be in the shadow (which is quite nice in the hot Provincal summer)
