Sit down at a sidewalk terrace on the famous Cours Mirabeau in Aix-en-Provence or in front of the Palais des Papes in Avignon. See and be seen. Climb the famous Mont Ventoux. Or find a quaint little village that has been forgotten for so many years. Find the only place to have a drink, on the little square under the trees. There is only one little blue table and a couple of old blue chairs. Nobody ever sits there, but now you do.

Eat tomatoes à la Provençale or salade niçoise like you have never eaten it before, here with us in the Provence. Drink rosé wine from here, because that is what we all do.
